More about Taylor:
Taylor Hay appeared in her first commercial at the age of four. Since then, Taylor has appeared in award winning features, voiceover, and television shows. At the ripe age of seven Taylor worked opposite Joe Knight, Danny Trejo, Daniel Baldwin, and Dee Wallace Stone in “Blue Rose”, and in the historical feature, “The Hurricane Hunters”. After being diagnosed with cancer at the age of nine and having to take two years off from acting, she voiced the role of Taylor in the television animated holiday special, “Yes, Virginia”, produced by Macy’s and animated by Tim Burton in 2009. After working in “Yes, Virginia”, Taylor worked in the film “Wish Wizard” with Morgan Freeman, Ed Begley, Jr., Katherine Joosten and Judith Hoag, among others. “Wish Wizard” is releasing fall/winter 2013. Taylor has also graced runways and photo shoots for designers throughout California and makes an appearance opposite Cody Longo in the music video for his hit song, Electric. When Taylor isn’t working on films she is donating her time to several charities including: Teens Who Care, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society among others. Erieka Pimentel of Bubba Sweets is making plans for her second store opening in Huntington Beach this summer. Bubba Sweets recently won “Cupcake Wars” on the Food Network (Season 7 episode 13 – Aloha Cupcakes). The winner got the chance to travel to Oahu and serve their cupcakes at the Hawaii Food & Wine Festival. Chef Roy Yamaguchi, co-chair and co-founder of the event, was featured as a guest judge along with Sprinkles Cupcakes founder Candace Nelson.

Erieka Pimentel always had a passion, and a strong curiosity for baking and enjoys creating interesting and delightful treats that create a smile. There is magic in baking and the curiosity keeps her motivated everyday. Erieka along with her high-school sweetheart, business partner, and eternal companion opened her first cupcake shop in 2010. With their combined sense of humor and unique style they create very unusual and sometimes funny cupcake names…
